Journey2030 is our roadmap to lead the UAE’s fit-out market in delivering sustainable, high-performance environments by the end of the decade.

Our focus? Embedding green practices into everything we do—through smarter resource use, certified project delivery, and more responsible supply chains.

Journey 2030

As we launched our updated Journey2030 strategy and welcomed our first General Manager, we paused to ask a simple but powerful question: What matters most?

To answer it, we ran a fresh materiality assessment—grounded in GRI and SASB standards, but guided by real conversations with our clients, team, and partners.

We looked at where we have the greatest impact, and where sustainability issues are starting to shape how we work. Using a double materiality lens, we identified the topics that matter both to our business and because of our business.

The result? A focused roadmap built around four core areas that now guide how we lead, report, and improve.
