Summertown Interiors was proud to be chosen as the fit-out contractor for a new project in Dubai Media City This project was completed for a leading global pharmaceutical company committed to delivering innovative solutions across its extensive portfolio of medicines, vaccines, biologic therapies, and animal health products. As a research-driven biopharmaceutical leader, the company strives to transform health outcomes worldwide.
This project was executed in close collaboration with the creative team at Warû and CBRE, which provided project management, cost consultancy and CBRE Excellerate as the principal contractors and Samadhin + Associates as the MEP consultant.
The new workspace is thoughtfully designed to balance functionality and flexibility. It features a harmonious blend of formal and informal meeting areas, multifunctional zones, open-plan workstations, focused workspaces, and a state-of-the-art conference area. High-quality fixtures and materials, combined with advanced technology, create an efficient and inspiring work environment.
