Our compact and impactful design for our global capital management hedge-fund client was the perfect solution for their first office in Dubai. The brief for the design and build project was to develop a workspace solution that is comfortable, functional, with a stylish corporate design suitable for employees and virtual and face-to-face client meetings.
Located in the prestigious One Central Development in the Central Business District of Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA) the new headquarters features a welcoming reception, open plan work area that accommodates multi-screen workstations, pantry, meeting and conference rooms.
Biophilia was integrated into every room in combination with a light colour palette and curated artwork to enhance and lighten the space. A key element of the design included acoustic designer panels to reduce noise in the open plan work areas and provide privacy in meetings rooms.
