We are honoured to have been selected as the trusted fit-out contractor for a confidential client for the fit out of their new 1,200 SQM workspace on the 6th floor of Gate Village Building 07 in DIFC. In collaboration with CBRE, who led project and cost management, and with design by SAY Studio and MEP consultancy by WWMEP, we have meticulously transformed the space into a sophisticated, high-performing workplace.

Designed to global standards while incorporating local insights, the workspace reflects key principles of transparency, sustainability, and innovation:
